John M. Janiak, Esq.

Attorney Janiak graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and earned his J.D. Degree from the University Of Buffalo School Of Law. For over 35 years Mr. Janiak has committed himself to serving the needs of his clients and the legal profession.

In addition to more than 30 years of private practice, Mr. Janiak was also a Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for a national title insurance company and from 2000 -2006 was a Board Member and Committee Chairperson of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and is a frequent lecturer at real estate seminars.

In addition to his professional affiliations he has served on Boards of Directors of numerous organizations and companies including many not-for-profit organizations.

His practice concentrates on all areas of real estate law, Wills and Trusts and the settlement of estates and organizes and provides advice to corporations and other business organizations.
